Our Commitment to Veteran Success

Transitioning from military to civilian life is challenging, and becoming a successful veteran entrepreneur can be even harder. At Vets & Valor, we believe every veteran deserves a chance to succeed. We train veterans to become business owners and guide them through the entire transition process to ensure fulfilling post-military careers.

Our Process

We partner with investors and operators to create successful, veteran-led businesses. Our approach includes acquiring businesses for veterans, offering training and transition support, and using an operate-to-own structure.

Training & Transition

We offer an intense 4-month "Service member to CEO" training program to prepare veterans for business ownership. We also assist with disability claims, VA home loans, and community integration.

Acquiring Businesses for Veterans to Operate

As veterans complete training, we acquire companies suited to their strengths. The veteran manages daily operations with support from the Vets & Valor team.

Operate-to-Own Structure

As our portfolio companies make profits, everyone wins. Our unique 10-year program offers veterans a path to business ownership, fostering long-term success and community impact.
